Aggregated Source Consolidation
Unlike ordinary indices that rely on a single static API database, Scroll Plays queries and consolidates metadata, descriptions, ratings, seasons, and schedules across multiple distinct endpoints concurrently:
- 📊 MyAnimeList (Jikan):— Feeds the core index database mapping, sequel/prequel season relations, and episode guides.
- 🌸 AniList & Kitsu:— Enriches episode metadata, synopsis details, and provides fallback databases for ratings and descriptions.
- 📅 Shikimori:— Maps international titles and synchronizes search queries using MAL-compatible indices.
